April Fool's Fun

I love all holidays. I want my kids to love all holidays. So when April 1st rolled around, I knew I had to do something to make it special for Jaxon. This is what we came up with! We made these "hamburgers" out of vanilla wafers, peppermint patties, red and yellow frosting and green colored coconut. Jaxon could make the whole thing by himself and loved every second of it. We brought them to some of his friends for an April Fools treat. Fun fun!

You should win the "super mom of the year" award or something. Here you are making cool things for your kids on a wannabe holiday, and here I am completely not even registering that it is a holiday. I hope I can be like you someday!

I don't remember you being so creative. Except in your story writing of course. Were you always so clever? Good for you.

Boy, when I think of April Fool's Day - I think of mean tricks, not yummy ones. I'll take your trick anytime. Except the one you played on the next blog down. #3 is a hard transition from #2. I'll let you know about the transition to #4 in about 3months.

As I was reading this Stuart came in and took a look over my shoulder. He got SUPER excited about the whole idea of tiny sweetie burgers! This would entertain a 25 year old as well!
