My sweet Jaxon turned four years old today, and boy did we party. He's been looking forward to this day for at least a month, and I don't think it was a disappointment.
We'll start with the cake....I feel just so-so about it, so I won't say much. But Jaxon liked it.
The party was AWESOME! We were the Decepticons, and had to defeat the Autobots and get to the Allspark before they did. It included 4 separate missions, tackling Bumblebee (Rick), a treasure hunt, water balloons, covering Optimus Prime with ice, and so much more. The kids loved it. Jaxon especially. And I'm pretty sure the adults had a good time to! And yes, we were the bad guys. Jaxon was insistent.
Jaxon was very focused on his new Transformer toys after the party. I don't think I'll see him much for the next few days. He got 6 new Transformers. Score!
Every year I take picture of Jaxon in the leaves on his birthday, so I had to do it again. He's my sweet boy.

And here's to new traditions! I don't know who of you read the Nienie Dialogs, but she has inspired me in so many ways. One of which is starting a new tradition of sending Jaxon's birthday wishes into the sky on balloons. I love it.

I cant believe that you have a 4 yr old. Thats just too weird. I love planning kids birthday parties! Great Job steph....your the coolest mom ever. (and way too pretty and put together as well!)

Happy birthday Jaxon.....looks like it was a fun bithday party. I just know that if we lived closer, Garon and Jaxon would be the best of buds.
Luke is sooo into Transformers also this year. He is Bumblebee for Halloween. I can't believe they are always into the same stuff. They must be soul mates or something.
I loved being part of the Transformer party. So much fun! I'm sad I missed out on the balloon send off. What a tender moment and a great idea.
Happy Birthday Jaxon! We are meant to be friends...I love NieNie's blog! I just found it a couple months ago and want to emulate her in every way.
