Good work! My sister has a recipe book called Deceptively Delicious. It just recipes that have veggies in them that kids can't taste! pretty cool.

I don't know if I'm the Heidi you are thanking. I have yet to try this myself but have thought of it often. If Jaxon drank it, my kids will for sure!

Go to www.greensmoothiegirl.com and join the madness that is living raw. It will change your life and your kids AND your husbands. I wouldn't leave the house in the morning without it. Don't forget the flaxseed oil, the lemon with the rind and the strawberries with their stems (among many other things). Go easy on the juice, though because of added sugars. Raw fruits and veggies are the best. Way to go!

Be careful. Wash spinach really well because there have been kids who died of ecoli from eating it uncooked. Sorry. its the nurse in me! Looks tasty though

I'm just impressed that you got pictures of the whole progression and then blogged about it. You truly are amazing.

Show me how! That looks good.

Start it young and it only lasts until the oldest figures it out. My kids didn't know about white bread until Becca discovered it a few years ago.

Sorry to ruin all the praise, but I'm going to tell him what was in that drink.
