Sooooooo good!

You have to try this recipe. It's an absolute must! I got the recipe from my sister-in-law (thanks Stacie) and it's been so long since I've made it, so when we had it tonight I was overwhelmed with sheer joy as I ate way more than I should have. And it's SO easy. Jake made it tonight. Okay, here it goes. I promise, you want to make this treat!

Ingredients:
2 cans crescent dinner rolls
2-8 oz. packages cream cheese - room temperature
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 egg yolk
1 teaspoon vanilla

GLAZE
1 egg white
1/4 cup sugar

Preheat oven to 350° F. Roll out and place 1 package of crescent rolls on the bottom of a 9" X 13" pan. Mix together the cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice, egg yolk, and vanilla. Spread this mix over the layer of crescent rolls. Roll out and place the other can of crescent rolls over the cream cheese mix. (It's really easy to 1/2 this recipe, just make it in a square pan)

brush the egg white on top of the dessert and cover with lots of sugar! Bake at 350° F for 20 minutes. and enjoy!

It's just as good with the low fat crescents and fat free cream cheese!

Can you put your recipe for those cream cheese chicken roll ups that we had at my bridal shower on? The rolls made me think of it again.
