Blast from the past

I have a very, very special place in my heart for this fictional character, and this video brought back a world of emotion. I just had to share for any other fans out there! And Mark, I know you'll appreciate it!

My little sister loved rainbow bright. What did you love about her? I don't even remember what she did. Did she had her own show, or was she like Hello Kitty where you just collected cute purses and pencil and key chains? I just remember a doll.

Mark is here and singing along.

The story that Stephanie didn't share but that everyone needs to know about, was the time we were outside in the backyard, looking at the beautiful rainbow, and she started bawling when Rainbow Brite didn't magically appear. She believed in her with all her little heart and couldn't figure out why she wasn't there on her rainbow. I'll never forget it.

Now that is a blast from the past. I remember my younger sister liked rainbow bright. I'm a little old for it. Just a little though. :)

I would have to say that if someone doesn't write that down in the history book of the Raddatz family keepsake it will be sorely sad... I know John cringes, crawls into a ball and starts to tritch when he sees or hears rainbow brite, cabbage patch dolls, and my pretty ponies. You really did a number on him.

I loved Rainbow Bright too. I had a few of the dolls, and I think I even had a Rainbow Bright Birthday party. Oh the good ol' days.

I LOVED that show! I always wanted to be rainbow brite for Halloween, but it never happened. Maybe it's not too late...

I TOLD YOU THEN, AND I AM TELLING YOU AGAIN, THERE IS NO RAINBOW BRIGHT!!!! MOVE ON! JUST KIDDING. NEVER MOVE ON. I AM ABSOLOUTELY CERTAIN THAT IF I WALK INTO A CERTAIN SHADY GROVE IN IRELAND, I WILL SEE FAIRIES. OOPS, TIME TO RUN, MUST BE OFF TO SEE THE SHRINK.

I don't remember ever watching that show. I do remember who she was. It must have been because I have 4 brothers and no sisters.
