We’ve had some fun firsts in the Christensen household, and I want to make sure I get a record of them.
First day of dance class…September 9th, 2009 She took it very seriously
Sage is such a little ballerina, I wouldn’t be surprised if dancing were her thing in life. She’s SO cute doing the little dances too.
First day of preschool…September 17th, 2009
Goofy picture, I know, but it’s Jaxon, what do you expect?
Here he is with his big buddy. He has preschool at the High School and so he get’s high school students to hang out with. He wasn’t so sure if he liked preschool in the beginning, but he’s starting to love it more and more. And I’m lucky enough to go in every Monday to teach music to the kids so I get to see him in his element. I love it.
First Skyping experience….September 26th, 2009
hehehe, here’s Heather, but really she was in the Netherlands. It’s been fun being able to use Skype to talk with my sister on the other side of the world. Thank goodness for the internet!
First day of Art Class…..October 2nd, 2009
Sage and I get to spend some quality time together every Friday while Jaxon is at school at her art class. It’s so nice to have everything all set up for her, and then not having to clean anything up when it’s over. Now I feel no need to be crafty with my kids at home! :) Needless to say, she LOVES it, and asks about it all week long.
In other news, we got to go to a fun pumpkin patch with fun friends today. I loved every minute of it!
Happy Fall!!
Oh, and lot’s of new cakes on my cake blog. Check it out!

We saw you there! It was really fun wasn't it!
Fun stuff Jake and Steph! What cute kids!
I can't believe how big your kids are getting!!
I have so much to say! I feel like I should have taken notes. First off Sage is GORGEOUS! And Jaxon's curls. I'm beyond jealous. If I ever have to have boys, they better be as good looking as Jax. I can't believe they let Sage in all of those classes. Nothing, and I mean nothing, around here lets kids younger then 3 in, and the ones that let 3 year olds in are few and far between. I'm so glad that she loves dance. Aliah hates dance. I want to take her out (why waste the money) but Spencer thinks it's better if we leave her in so she doesn't think she can just give up whenever she wants. (I'm thinking, she's 3 she doesn't know.) But she does like preschool, and she's smart so that makes me look good. And the time with Inara is totally awesome. It's fun having one at a time huh! I'm most jealous of Sage's art class! That's is such a great idea and I will definitely be looking around here for something similar. You're beautiful. I love the family picture you take at the pumpkin patch every year. You guys are awesome. Move closer ASAP! I should have sent this in an email it's so long. Oh well, here you go. I love you.
You guys are such a good looking family. Sage is a cutie, I'll have to show Micheal the pictures of her. You need to brain wash them early so they'll do what you want, (like get married.)
you're so fun. i loved every minute of it too, you guys are hilarious!
Ok so I agree...your kids are beautiful...you are beatuiful..and I'm seriously jealous of Sages art class. Caitlyn is the CRAFT QUEEN and I sure get sick of cleaning it all up and coming up with ideas....You need to get the books "pinkalicious" and "purplicious" for Sage....Caitlyn loves them.
Cute little Sage. So, fun that you get to do art class with her. And pumpkin patch looked like a blast--where did you end up going?
Look at all these comments. You don't need me to add to it. But while I'm at it-you're beautiful!!!
So fun to see all these pics and here what's going on at home. Keep updating the blog. It makes me happy. Thanks for adding that most beautiful picture of me from Skype. Hoping we'll be able to chat again soon. Dumb time change.
