My sister Heather is in Africa right now. She’s totally awesome! So I’m going to be a better blogger for her! :) Here’s to 3-4 posts a week!
Jaxon’s 1st ever field trip.
When I woke up and it was pouring rain, my willingness to volunteer for Jaxon’s pumpkin patch field trip seemed very foolish. But how could I miss such a fun day for my little guy, so we all got bundled up, and make our way out into the Oregon rain. It turned out to be not as bad as I thought it would, which was nice. Overall it was a fun morning!
We got this in the mail the other day. I must say, it was pretty excited for me to see Dr. in front of my hubby’s name. Can’t wait for June!!!
Jaxon’s photography. This stuff speaks for itself
Jaxon’s birthday. Okay, this one will get it’s own post eventually, but here are some cute pictures for now.
Decorating Pumpkins. I love this tradition. Sure it’s messy, but it’s such a fun unique thing that you only get to do once a year. I just love it. And so do the kiddos. Just look at Sagie’s smile.
Here’s me and Sage showing off our girl pumpkin.
Trunk-or-treat. Just getting all revved up for the real deal!
Happy Halloween!

LOve the post! Jaxon in fall leaves always makes an amazing picture. My kids are excited for tonight. Speaking of Dr. Jake... Mia has crowding. I wanted to Skype and have him look at her mouth, because I just didn't know anything, but I just took her into an orthodontist who did the full treatment. He recommends a retainer that expands and then some braces. He said he went to the same school Jake is in. Nice guy, but can't afford him.
I knew I could count on you to have a post today. I'll be sure to bug you about keeping up on the 3-4 posts a week. A couple of days ago Spencer challenged me to post every day for thirty days. I didn't accept, but I think you should!
Looks like lots of fun! That first field trip is a big deal! I really like Sage's hat and coat. They are so darling!
How exiciting to see Dr. in front of his name. It's nice to see all the hard work pay off. Your kids are as cute as ever, I wish we saw them more often, and you too.
Way to go both of you Steph and Jake for making it to the "Dr" years!!!! All that frugal living will pay off! Congrats!
Love the picture of the letter. It reminds me of the picture of the pricetag on your green dress. Great job capturing the moments!
